About

The road of every life encounters potholes, obstacles, detours, tire blowouts and mechanical breakdowns.   Living with a progressive illness can feel like climbing up a steady decline in a beat up old car.  But along the route there are also rest areas, passengers, other vehicles , maps, mechanics, body repair shops, beautiful views and attractions to enjoy.  This blog is about the road my life has taken.

Please visit my house (remodel) to see the changes our remodeling brought.  See the spare wheels (mobility equipment) that have replaced my flat tires.  Find out how the mechanic (doctor) keeps me going with parts (medication) and what fuels me (projects). Learn about passengers I’ve had (family history) or get to know my navigator (God). However short or long the ride you take, I hope you will enjoy it and find something of value to take with you.

This strange but I feel I know you but I don’t know your name. Maybe you don’t want to share it and that’s absolutely fine. If you feel like sharing it privately use the contact box on my blog. Whatever you decide is fine by me. I will continue reading your blogs with interest. I enjoy them immensely.
